What we're looking for in our artists:
- Proper sanitation and hygiene practices: The health & safety of our clients is number 1!
- Talent & Expertise: As a freelancer, we entrust the artistic vision to your talent and experience.
- Transportation: We are all traveling from different locations to a variety of locations. You must be able to travel on your own and arrive at the event during setup in a timely fashion. Travel fees will be provided.
- Strong Communication: Special events are often on a strict schedule and very hectic. We expect clear communication for any changes in your availability and schedule. n.

What you can expect from us:
- Secure and fair compensation: We digitally send your pay so there is no risk for payment getting lost- you will always have a receipt of payment. Travel expenses are provided accordingly as needed.
- Clear details and scheduling: If the client selects you as their artist, we will provide a clear schedule with the time, date, location, schedule for the day, and key contacts.
- Flexible scheduling: We respect your time and personal schedule so you can select which jobs to take based on interest, location, and scheduling. This allows you to work freely with other teams or for yourself.
- Fair representation: Upon joining the team we will create a beautiful artist portfolio page for you to showcase your best work with variety in mind.
